Seton is the second-largest private employer in Central Texas and their’s will be the first headquarters of a major corporation east of Interstate 35 in Austin, according to the American-Statesman.
The Mueller Airport site is 711-acres and will be a community hub of homes, businesses, shops, and medical facilities. The Seton headquarters will cover 3.25 acres, will house 650 employees, and is expected to be complete by the end of 2008.
This is an exciting time for the Mueller redevelopment project, as families are moving into phase-one homes. shops are opening, and the first park has been completed.
