The Pressler project is a five-story apartment and retail development located in the revitalized area of West Fifth Street. It is loocated at 507 Pressler St. and is one of three large projects that are under construction at this exciting location in downtown Austin. Construction of the 168 apartments has already begun and the first tenants are slated to move in next spring. The building will also include 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Together with the two other new planned projects on West Fifth Street, there will be more than 300 apartments in betweeen Lamar and MoPac Boulevard.
