According to the Austin Business Journal, the new Elk Grove subdivision is reaching phase one completion. The neighborhood is at the intersection FM 967 and FM 1626 in Buda.

All of the eventual 320 houses on the 90-acre property will be "certified eco-friendly by the National Association of Homebuilders’ Green Building Standards." This is just another step in the ongoing green movement in Austin.
