Hyatt announces a new high-end , seventeen-story hotel and condominium development to be opened in 2010. The Hyatt Andaz hotel is a 210-room luxury resort. The first Andaz concept hotel will be unveiled in London and then two others in Manhattan next year. The site of this magnificent hotel is on the Concordia University Campus that has been slated for redevelopment. The hotel will have 150 condominiums units that will be able to utilize the Hyatt’s services. These gorgeous, luxury condos will start at around $400,000. The high quality amenities that will be available are a spa, a fitness center, a huge park-like area on the roof with a cocktail lounge, bar and fine restaurant. The rooms and condos will have beautiful views of the downtown skyline. The Hyatt Andaz hotel will be a great asset to the Austin area.
