According to the Austin Business Journal, city council has approved the land use plan for the area around the Domain luxury shopping center by the year 2035. The plan includes mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods over a 2,300-acre area. With allowances to 15 and 30 stories, the density will rival downtown’s.
