Gates open at 3:30 on Friday for a rocking soulful weekend of music in Austin. With Friday night headliner, Angie Stone and Saturday’s O’Jays playing, a large crowd is expected for the two-day event. Tickets for the whole weekend are $60 in advance. At the gate Friday tickets are $35 and Saturday are $45.
Urban Soul, a new Austin band made up of 12-18 year old boys and girls that was created by the Fest organizers, will be playing both days.
