Austin economic forecast looking brighter for 2009
I attended a luncheon presentation today at the quarterly CRS meeting, in which a speaker from AngelouEconomics, the leading economic forecaster for home demographics and statistics projected better than average job growth in 2009 for the Austin area, as well as increased housing starts, residential resale home sales, and overall market increases over the coming year.
YEAH! The worst might be over — even though Austin is faring muuch better than the rest of the country
